Rates & Terms

General Virtual Assistant Services range from $25 to $45 per hour depending on the complexity of the task. VA Services require a deposit before work starts. Deposit is based on estimated total time needed.

Product Launch Services are charged per project to help eliminate the “nickle & dime-ing”. Project rates require a 50% deposit of total quoted price before work starts. Remainder, plus any additional charges incurred, is due 4 weeks from start date or upon completion of project, whichever happens first.

WordPress Website Design is charged per project as well. Your quote will include detailed information about what you require. Start date is noted as the date VOS Team receives down payment & the bulk of needed items(images, content, etc.) from Client. Project rates require a 50% deposit of total quoted price before work starts. WordPress Website Maintenance Plans are custom fit to your needs and range from $75 – $250 per month with a contract minimum of 3 months (a discount will be applied if you pay entire contract up-front)
